1. On Time. This means that the Consulting Principals and/or their representatives in each Caribbean country will maintain close contact with the significant project decision makers. This ensures that The CCG accurately assesses the needs to be addressed, the scope, challenges and constraints of each project and, therefore, the time needed to implement in a manner which will be deeply satisfying to both client and The CCG.

2. Right First Time. This is The CCG standard for the quality of its projects. It will ensure that its teams of consultants have the skills and experience required to implement projects and produce deliverables, for example, reports, that meet rigorous quality standards.

3. Within Budget. Careful management of costs so that the client obtains a project on time and of the desired quality is essential. The CCG is very conscious of the fact that the final beneficiaries of its services are the most vulnerable in the Caribbean. Thus it will do all in its power to ensure that the projects it undertakes will be within budget.
